Stress-Buster Activities

Mornings are beautiful, and do start it on a good note, here are a few things to keep in mind.

  • Walking/ jogging to keep the heart rate stable
  • keeping the body hydrated
  • Having a long, relaxing shower
  • Limit alcohol intake
  • After sitting long hours, stretch your body
  • Avoid turning to smoking when in stress
  • Regularly exercise (at least twice a week)
  • Find your relaxing activity
  • Keep your diet in check
