Deep Breathing Technique

Breathe in positivity and breathe out your worries!

This is a Self-care mantra for each person who is a self-care enthusiast but doesn’t have time or an inclination towards meditation.

Step 1: Sit or lay down in a comfortable position where you can get all your thoughts together and calm the mind

Step 2: For 4 seconds, breathe in all the love you have in your mind and body, take it all in

Step 3: For 2 seconds, hold your breath and the positivity that resides in you

Step 4: For 6 seconds, breathe out all the toxic thoughts that are present whether because of your inner critic, situations outside of your control or any circumstances that you had to encounter

Step 5: REPEAT, each time a streak of self-doubt hits
