I tried to my self I can't low but some timtime I am facing people then my body Shivering and automatically I sepak and I don't know but people was shouting me. Automatically I emotional and crying in frunt of people.

Hi Dhairya, if there is no way to escape the situation, then the trick is to ensure that you find a way to cope/adjust and remind themselves that this is temporary. Also keep building yourself so that one day you can be free and motivate yourself with that thought. Let me give you an example: let's say you are stuck at a job with a bad boss and can't leave it for some reason. Then apart from your job, start spending some time working on a new certification or course which will lead to a better job in the future. I know this is very difficult and will require a lot of effort, but it can be done. And it will be worth it when you are free.

Hello Anaya some confidence boosting tips you can use are: 1. Try to develop one skill that you are passionate about. It can anything: a sport, an art, or even your work. As you become better and better at it, your self esteem will increase. 2. Tell yourself DAILY that you are UNIQUE, that you have something to offer to the world. Sir one more thing i want to know.....if u plz dn't mind then suggest me some ways that how can i boost up my confidence ....because due to some past experiences i used to compare myself with others and feel very low....i know we should not compare but still....i can't control my mind....somehow all the time i am fighting with myself i dn't know what to do

Dear Anaya Jain, thank you for asking your question. In that case, one of the ways is to try and re-evaluate what we are trying to achieve. Then take a break, try up to come up with fresh ideas and change the approach. Sometimes, by looking at things from a fresh perspective, everything changes. Also one small tip I use personally: Whatever happens in the day, find just ONE activity that you love to do. It can be putting on your favourite music, or painting or simply taking a walk in the breeze. It helps a lot!
