Growing up isn’t easy. Today children deal with many distractions, temptations, overstimulation, and peer pressure. Because of unhealthy eating habits and lack of activity, children also develop health issues including obesity. Children are also prone to emotional issues like low self-confidence and anxiety.

Yoga is an ancient science which can turn out to be a great boon to students if practiced correctly and regularly. It works at every level of our being and brings more harmony, peace and joy into our life and improves overall well-being. Here are some of the benefits obtained from a regular yoga practice:
